Once installed, you will need setup the database:<\/p>\n

Login to mysql as root and run the 3 commands below (make changes to username and password)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CREATE DATABASE roundcubemail DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci;
\nGRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON roundcubemail.* TO roundcube@localhost IDENTIFIED BY 'password';
\n\\q;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Import the tables etc:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
mysql -uroot -p roundcubemail < \/var\/www\/localhost\/htdocs\/roundcube\/SQL\/mysql.initial.sql<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Edit the files in \/var\/www\/localhost\/htdocs\/roundcube\/config\/<\/p>\n

db.inc.php = Database details.\u00a0 username, password and DB... nuff said!<\/p>\n

main.inc.php = email server details and security.
\nGo through this file with a fine tooth comb.. there are many very important options.<\/span><\/p>\n

Or you can enable the $rcmail_config['enable_installer'] = true; option in main.inc.php.\u00a0 SET TO FALSE WHEN FINISHED!!!!!<\/span><\/p>\n

You may need to enable <\/span><\/span>$rcmail_config['auto_create_user'] = TRUE; for the first time login to create the user.\u00a0 SET TO FALSE WHEN FINISHED!!!!!<\/span><\/p>\n
